Born in Tübingen in 1996. After graduating from Uhland Gymnasium in Tübingen, he completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, passing the journeyman’s exam, and worked for 2.5 years at AHZ Zimmerei in Altingen.He then began studying architecture at RWTH Aachen University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He subsequently completed internships at the firms of Julian Breinersdorfer and Heide & von Beckerath in Berlin. Since 2023, he has been pursuing a master’s degree in architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and is currently working on his thesis at the Symposion Lindabrunn. Together with Aaron Michel and Maximilian Huber, he won the ProHolz Student Trophy in an international ideas competition in 2024.
Robert is interested in unconventional architectural forms, site-specific projects, sustainable and ecological building solutions, and a detailed and precise design language. In his spare time, he is known as DJ Handgepäck and indulges his musical interests.
