Olha Senynets

The Ukrainian-born singer Olha Senynets currently lives and works in Vienna. She is interested in the history of her homeland Transcarpathia / Ukraine. She collects and sets oral stories to music, through which an intimate, touching history and psychology of the people from the Carpathians can be reproduced. Her career began early with numerous competition successes and performances, and since the age of eleven she has been performing throughout Europe with the folk music ensemble Hudaki Village Band. She completed international workshops and acquired skills in various singing styles.
