Tamara Wilhelm is a musician, sound engineer and organizer with a focus on do-it-yourself strategies in instrument making. She worked for a long time as an organizer at velak, the association for electroacoustic music, and is in charge of a monthly concert series. She has also been active at IMA, the Institute for Media Archaeology, since 2007.
