Peter Paszkiewicz (* 1943 in Gmunden) is an Austrian stone sculptor.
After graduating from the Bundesfachschule für Holzbildhauerei Hallstatt in 1962, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna under Josef Pillhofer and Hans Andre, graduating in 1967. Solo exhibitions and participation in group exhibitions and symposia accompany his work. He lives and works in Gaweinstal and Sankt Margarethen in Burgenland. He is a member of the Kunstforum Salzkammergut and the Oberösterreichischer Kunstverein and was its president and vice-president for several years.
He is a member of the VSL and continues to work on the stone sculptures he has created on the site.
In his works, Paszkiewicz strives for the highest possible degree of sensitivity and authenticity. The selection of materials, their processing, consideration of form, surface effect, confident expression and reference to place form a holistic concept on an equal footing.
