Peter Brandlmayer

Peter Brandlmayer studied geology at the University of Innsbruck and then completed the College of Photography at the Höhere Grafische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Vienna. He received his doctorate from the University of Innsbruck in 2005. In 1999, he founded the Institute for Science and Research (IWF), where he initially focused on the work of the physicist v. Krylov. From 2002, he expanded this work to include the artist C.I. Brom. In 2012, he founded the Pegasus Institute for Pataphysics (PIP). His artistic research work is presented in exhibitions, lectures and performances.
