Born in Upper Austria in 1958, lives and works in Vienna and Linz. 1980-1987 studied at the art academy in Linz. Since 1992 lecturer at the University of Art and Design Linz and at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Main areas of work: interdisciplinary spatial installations, art in public space, objects, imaging media. Numerous projects and exhibitions in Austria and abroad. Several awards, including the Upper Austrian Talent Promotion Prize, State Scholarship for Fine Arts, Art Prize of the City of Linz; scholarships abroad, including in the USA, Egypt, Canada, Brazil and Spain.
