Sashe Urdovski works across a range of practices, from traditional singer-songwriter compositions to electroacoustic approaches to sound creation and manipulation. His work has been featured inshort films, video installations, and dance performances, reflecting an ongoing interest incollaboration across artistic mediums. Focusing on the physical properties of sound, space, and feedback systems, he develops audioinstallations, self-generating structures, and interactive environments. His work often begins withsimple sonic conditions that evolve into complex and unpredictable systems. With a background in theatre acting, he draws strong influence from postdramatic practices, wheresound operates independently from text and narrative. Currently a master’s student in Time-Based Media at the University of Arts Linz, he is further developing his practice in sound art, composition, and generative and algorithmic approaches. His work continues to explore the intersections of sound, performance, and visual media.
